In Hong Kong, WTO Rules

Well it’s clear that, for the next week, the news from and in Hong Kong will be mostly positioned around the WTO Conference. Yesterday, I reported a significant disturbance in Lan Kwai Fong. I hoped to discover what caused it but nothing has been said in either the newspapers or on local TV about the problem. All attention seems to be on the WTO (and what to buy and where to go for Christmas). This is Hong Kong after all. Surprise, surprise!
