Dining Out in Cosmopolitan Hong Kong

My wife, Pam, and I are going out for dinner tonight. Big deal, right? We now live in Central after spending over nine years in Happy Valley and the big deal is that we have such a choice of cuisines within a less than 10 minute walk from our flat. Such variety was not available in Happy Valley.

Here is a list of different types of restaurants within a 10 minute walk of the Wellington Road and Wyndham Road intersection.

If you want names and addresses let me know via comments. If you want a recommendation, I can supply one on some of the venues. Keep in mind that I tend to value what I like. For instance, I’m a hamburger aficionado, which is ironic since the word “aficionado” originally referred to bullfight appreciation.

If you have a recommendation send it to me and I’ll post it in a subsequent entry. I’m sure I’ve missed some. If you know of a restaurant type not on this list, I’ll add it.
