February in Hong Kong is not cold – there is no snow. The buildings are all heated and it is a great time of year with nice weather. Sure you can’t go to one of Hong Kong’s beaches but there is plenty to do in Hong Kong.

Thankyou for the good blog. I think winter into spring is a good time to travel as there are less travellers around and good hotel deals are easy to get.
