Things To Do in Hong Kong During the Lunar New Year or Anytime

Since many people leave Hong Kong during the Lunar New Year and most of those who stay are busy visiting family, this is a perfect time to do things in a less crowded environment. Here’s a list I found in the HK Magazine. The briefly annotated list follows but you can check for details at the HK Magazine link.

These are listed randomly and not in order of importance. There are, of course, many more things to do than what’s on this list. Visiting temples is particularly rewarding during festival time and the museums are far less crowded than usual though they have reduced visiting hours. Enjoy!
