I want to quickly apologize for my lack of attention to this blog. Since September 22, I’ve been traveling, as any good BootsnAll member is required to do. Unfortunately my laptop is being very uncooperative and cyber access in the U.S. without one’s own wireless computer is hard to find and expensive.
I will return to Hong Kong, Nov. 16th and resume my daily schedule.
Until then please post comments as you wish. I will try to respond to them as they are posted.

No worries Ed. Great to see you and hopefully next time it will be in Hong Kong!
Thanks, Sean.
EJH,
thanks for the info. I am an Bootsnall member from Portland, OR and have had the pleasure of meeting with Donovan and Court in person! My wife and I are currently on an RTW trip. In Bali for the next two weeks but flying into HK on the night of the 18th to stay for three nights and leaving on the 21st. We are low-mid budget travellers and were wondering if you could suggest a couple of places to set up camp for a few days. I’e heard the YMCA was good but don’t have many details. Any help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks.

Message for Scott:
The YMCA in Tsimshatsui is great. Best cafeteria in Hong Kong. You can also contact my travel agent Teresa Lau at Teresa@tesley.com or 852-2845-2633. It’s Tesley travel if I’ve got the number wrong. She’s good with mid-range hotels. Mention my name.
I’m in the U.S. now. Will be back on Nov. 16. Call me at 2504-4793.
Ed Hahn
